Charlotte’s collage pieces, made from hand-cut collage tell a unique story, weaving together snippets of different narratives and textures to create a rich tapestry of emotions and meanings. Her work is a testament to her eye for composition, blending fragments of diverse materials into a harmonious whole. Transforming the narrative of the images by dismantling an existing perspective into something new, the results provoke a deep visceral response from the viewer, inviting them to interpret and connect with the layers of symbolism embedded within. A celebration of the beauty in chaos, the intricacy of the collages invites prolonged contemplation, as observers discover new details with each gaze.

With a background in music and event photography, Charlotte has captured some of the world’s most iconic musicians – from high-calibre international artists like Cher, KISS, Grace Jones, and Lizzo, to renowned UK acts like Iron Maiden, The Charlatans, and James Bay. Gene Simmons of KISS even remarked, “Charlotte has a rare eye. What can I say. She makes me look good.” Born in Wolverhampton, raised in Cambridge and Cheshire, and now residing in Manchester, Charlotte photographs for numerous publications, festivals, and music venues in and around the city.

Charlotte's fascination for documenting imagery began at a young age when her Dad gave her a video camera. She later studied Art and Design at the Cheshire School of Art and completed a degree in Photography at UCLAN, before continuing to develop her passion. Most notably, she photographed The Charlatans for a number of years at concerts and festivals, then went on to become Head of Photography and Marketing at British Drum Co, a popular drum-kit manufacturer, before leaving to pursue her dreams as a music photographer.

When she's not behind the lens or hanging around with musicians or cutting up collage materials, you will find Charlotte cuddling cats, eating crisps, and drinking tea.
